Family Nutrition Lesson Series 2018

 

Are you eligible?
If you participate in SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, HEAD Start, Public Assistance, or free/reduced price school lunches, you are eligible to take these classes!

You will be taught…
Simple recipes that are proven to be healthy
How to use what you already have and combine it in a way you may not have thought of!

This will help you…
Make small changes that save money on tasty meals
Take the stress out of mealtime
If you are the parent of picky eaters

Cost: Free!

When: Saturdays from 1-2 PM
August 11, 18, 25 and September 1, 8, 15 , 22, 29

Where: 45 Phillies Bridge Road, New Paltz

You will receive a cookbook and a certificate upon completion of six to eight lessons.
All the vegetables used during this series is from Phillies Bridge Farm Project.

If this time or location is not good for you, there are ongoing classes at Cornell Cooperative Extension in the Kingston Plaza every Wednesday from 10-11 AM.
