What We Grow

Greens: arugula, bok choi, broccoli, broccoli raab, brussel sprouts, cabbage, chard, Chinese cabbage, fennel, herbs, kale, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, onions, scallions, spinach, sorrel.

 

Fruits: beans, cucumbers, eggplant, husk cherries, hot peppers, peas, pumpkins, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes, winter squash.

 

 

Roots: beets, carrots, celery root, parsnip, potatoes, radishes, rutabaga, turnips.
