Fun and learning come alive at Phillies Bridge Farm Camp again in 2024! Phillies Bridge Farm Camp is appropriate for children ages 5-12For ages 3-4, please visit our Nature Nursery Camp page.

Phillies Bridge Farm STEAM Summer Camp offers an experience that combines the peaceful and grounding feeling of being on a farm with educational and creative play.  Our goal is to help children understand the importance of sustainable life practices while building and developing their own sense of character.

2025 Camp Season

This year’s camp season will continue to be focused around our popular farm-centered STEAM curriculum.  Each week of farm camp will contain the core elements of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) and will be based on seasonal topics with a focus on agriculture and environmental stewardship. Our daily activities will include visits with the farm animals, growing food in the gardens, and loads of fun playing games, hiking our nature trail, and exploring the farm. The farm experience will be supplemented by an exploration into the connectedness of the natural systems that surround us, with hands-on crafts and experiments, including an exploration into the tenets of our food justice program, and how we grow and donate food to those in need.  Each week will be different, based on seasonal availability of crops and wildlife, but will offer the same core values.  You can feel free to choose the weeks that work best for your schedule and rest easy knowing that our nurturing staff will provide a fun and educational experience!  Check out our Parents’ Page to see memories from a previous season, and get a feel for what a day at camp is like!

You do not have to be a science buff to enjoy STEAM camp, as our activities are generally as creative as they are scientific, and much of our day at camp is spent exploring the farm, including our discovery garden with edible herbs, flowers, and berries, our education garden (a mini version of the working Phillies Bridge CSA), and our 1.5 mile nature trail that winds through the wooded 60 acres of protected land that is part of PBFP.

Camps are open to ages 5-12.  Children are grouped by age for a portion of the day and also come together as a whole for community activities and games. We have a low ratio of one camp counselor for eight campers, and oftentimes it is less. This ensures your child gets all the attention he or she needs.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment or a $75 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per child per week is required to hold a spot for your child(ren). The balance of the camp tuition is due on or before June 1st, 2025, or immediately upon sign up (if signing up after June 1st.) If the balance due is remitted after the due date, we do not guarantee a spot for your child. Refunds are available (less the deposit and registration fee) for registration cancellations up to 30 days before the first day of your child’s camp session. For cancellation(s) with less than 30 days notice, no refund or credit will be provided. We have established this refund policy in order to ensure that we can cover the costs of our programs, fill all available camper slots, and hire the appropriate number of staff based on the number of program participants. A $35 registration fee is added to your total. Please note: the discounts listed below are available only upon initial registration and registrations added at a later time are not discounted based upon the number of total weeks initially registered for. We do not retroactively apply discounts to weeks/sessions previously registered for.
